4th of July in DC

To celebrate the 4th of July R, Mom, and I went downtown to the mall. The security checks made the lines way too long to get into the concert, so instead to dodge the rain we went to the air and space museum, natural history museum, and the old postal office. It was R's first time on the mall and we all decided there were 100,000 too many people to really enjoy downtown. The fireworks were fun but also a little disappointing. I was hoping since we were in the nations capital they would have the best show, but sadly I have seen better in Provo UT of all places.

Did you guys get to see the Hill Cumorah Pageant as well? I am a total fan because I was in it twice. I'm sad I didn't get to see you at the reunion Rich but glad you made it safely to DC. Road trips can be such a pain!

I thought the DC fireworks were pretty cool, but I have definitely seen better. The ones they had at Magic Kingdom at Disney World were probably the best! Any luck with jobs yet?

Yay! Cheryl I'm so glad you posted a comment on my blog and I could find out what your up to on your blog. You are still as beautiful as ever and you have a pretty cute husband too! :) Congratulations on graduating as well. That is such an accomplishment! Where are you and Rich going to be living now that you're done with school? Matt & I are in Pocatello for 2 more weeks, but then we're moving back to Boise. Shoot me an e-mail sometime and we can exchange phone numbers so we can catch up. I'm glad to see that you are doing so well. You look really happy!
